Cameron's just released a financial policy speech, well worth listening to although I don't know if it's on line



also Bank of England chief commented yesterday that they've done as much as they can; will take 6 months to see the results of the interest rate cuts etc, so Brown trying to rally the world into further advance fiscal stimulus, questionable
