Note that they originally intended to start up at 300 tpd rate and ramp up to 500 a month or so later.
400 tpd start up rate means they had fewer problems than expected, of course they are familiar with it and more likely the mill is in better shape than originally expected.

Someone is definitely keeping the squeeze on the sp. I bought 2000 at 0.46C$ through Questrade to see what happens and the quantity was quickly replaced.
