Would it really be so difficult for ECU to find private capital far away from the 50+ Canadian brokers to finance investment in another, bigger mill?
If I would own 1 billion today, what would be more profitable and free of risk than investing $100 mln in ECU for the purchase of a mill (80% of investment) and for a drilling programme (20%) just against shares, without any warrants attached and including a 2 year lock-up? Provided ECU can issue the shares.
I just don't understand today's market logics.
