Wall Street Turns Positive in Late Trade- Reuters

Stocks turned positive in a choppy session on Wednesday as minutes of the Federal Reserve's recent policy meeting showed that officials saw the economy deteriorating and downside risks high.

So the fact that the economy is deteriorating and the downside risk is high is sceen as being positive!!!
