I expected silver to spike to at least $100+ and settle at $50+ any time soon, But why has it not happened already.

Never mind the manipulation, we have a silver shortage and manipulation or not it is used industrially and in a severe shortage situation manipulation should lose control, hands down.

It testifies to the control power/ability of those manipulators.
