I recall a month or so ago, the Stalker, the tea cup etc. Gold was going to go straight up. Didn't really happen. Now Gold is suppose to be going down to hell. Will it really?

Are the so called interventions so powerfull. If yes, then why do some very smart people (Sinclair, Schiff, Maude, Douglas, Butler Coxe and the list goes on) think Gold will going to $2,000 or even higher in 2009. Surely they must know much more about the Cartel than we do.

So how is it that we believe that the Cartel can manipulate the POG at will and that it's to there advantage to keep the price down, and yet still believe that it will rise significantly in the near future?
