Equals 253,500 shares, if I am not mistaken. I didn't see the 700 shares mentioned, but are you sure it wasn't 7 board lots (= 3,500 shares)?

Under 0.10, 1 board lot = 1,000 shares.

From 0.10 to 0.99, 1 board lot = 500 shares.

$1.00 and over, 1 board lot = 100 shares.

....I believe.
