That's probably in the right ballpark... There are pointers to calculators at this website, but warrants for speculative stocks often don't obey the mathematical pricing models.

I think there are 25 million warrants out there. The offering was for 25 million units plus an over-allotment option of 15% or 3.75 million units, but I don't think the underwriters ever took up any piece of that over-allotment option. At least I haven't seen any news releases saying otherwise.
