bigpic, the most impressive aspect of ECU's performance over the last few days in my opinion has been the high volume. Typically breakouts or significant price movements on low volume have no legs so is this the real deal? Only time will tell but I can't remember the last time ECU has seen this sustained volume over 3 days.

BTW, I have been reading Armstrong and cannot seem to decipher the significance of his time segment (January 2010 to April 16, 2010) that he illustrates on his chart below. Do you (or anyone) have insight into the significance of this future period?
