This is a topsy turvey world now so black is white and white is black, therefore:

My guess is that this will not apply. The powerfull will wait for us to sell, they will buy and take profits on us possibly in the summer and for sure in the Fall.

These phrases are pumped for the masses so that they can be exploited. Just an opinion of a cynic.
