Man, these guys are relentless. It's hard for me to believe that funds or whatever are risking their cash shorting at this level to just make a few pennies, especially with so many positive things happening for ECU.

Likewise, why would a major risk capital shorting ECU to keep price and interest down so as to make a bid later on when other majors can see what's going on and jump the gun. And I imagine some major would do just that.

Must be something else.
