Today, is the first day in a while that the share price of ECU has not been below the 100 day moving average line. This event indicates that the stock's internal health is starting to noticably improve.

The next weekly chart shows ECU's price and volume activity since 2004 with a 20 week and 40 week average, same as a 100 and 200 day average. What I particularily like with this longer term chart is the volume activity since the beginning of the year in the general vacinity of the 50 cent area. The 50 cent, 5 dollar, 50 dollar and so on areas are second only to the 1 cent, 10 cent, 1 dollar, 10 dollar and so on levels on charts that are most significant in the psyche of buyers and sellers. Comparatively, volume activity has reached extremely high levels at this 50 cent level. So as the shares seem to want to test being above the 100 day average, I view this occurence as a very exciting one day development which may be a valid beginning to turning our stock around and a very early sign that its long bear market in the shares is coming to a close.
