Folks, it isn't the shorting that's the issue here, it's the NAKED SHORTING. If someone sells a share short they never intend to have to buy back, their taking all the money now. They don't care if the stock goes up down or sideways. What worries me the most with ECU is that the naked shorts seem so rampant that any company that would have an interest in buying ECU for the resource would be scared away by the risk of millions of unregistered shorts having to somehow come home to roost to net out. I don't know how or what this would look like.
