If the OSC wants "proof" then why the heck do we even need them?

Every single time I have reported "suspicious activity" to the police, they have investigated to determine whether there is substance to the allegations and to hopefully prevent a crime before it occurs.

When you tell your doctor you don't feel right, he/she will perform tests to determine what if anything is causing the symptoms

Why the hell are we paying the salaries for David Wilson and his useless, overpaid bureaucrats if they aren't willing to investigate suspicious activity?
