David Roche on Bloomberg TV said that China is diversifyint from the dollar into commodities. Those commoditiy purchases are not just based on demand but also stock piling. Once those stock piles are sufficient the buying will slow down. So he disagrees that CHina will pull the world out of this economic mess.

He also adds that many commentators are beginig to say that we have pulled out of the recession but that is not so. The fundamentals behind the recession have not been addressed. All the US government did was print money that they did not have and gave it to the spenders while puting the public in greater debt. This has only stopped the free fall but not pulled out of the recession.
