I did so that anyone not realizing what was posted before would take at face value and assume a too positive impression.

I think eight million $ is fairly close to the real thing and ten million in the very near future, this of course depends on more detailed info regarding costs and prices.

I can not speak for anyone else but back of the envelope numbers do for me just fine. Specifics are not necessary to see that we have a great financial future and are grossly undervalued.
