"If I may ask, what is your price goal?' Of course you may.
I have no specific price in mind. My investment in ECU is small and so is my portfolio by comparison to some here. I have a long standing core position, which by the way has doubled over the past year.
I suppose I will start parting with that once the price is well above $5 and continue bit by bit until about $20. I hope not to sell more than half before 10$ price. Once the price reaches that 20$ it no longer is important for I should exceed my retirement goal.
Of more significance is my playing before those prices arrive.
Up to twenty percent I 'Day' trade, more precisely weekly or monthly trade a few to get some income and spend thrift cash. I try to keep a bit of cash ready and as a stock depreciates in price below what I think is reasonable I buy.
Example: When ECU share price was going down to below 50 cents. I started to but below a dollar and in ernest once it went below 65 cents. Each time it dropped some I bought some more.
Now that the share price has rebounded, I sold some and will do so along with the rising share price until I recover all of my spare cash for use elsewhere.
The profit will remain as extra shares to add to my core hold and a few hundred dollars to keep me smiling & happy with vino.
No secret and nothing genial.
