The four cents on it's own does look unimpressive but they should look beyond the cents which do not tell most of the story.
Its the size of the resource in a good location combined with good management and backed by future self financing in a world where these features combined in one package are indeed rare.

I am all for back of envelope scribbles ( quick, cheap and dirty) but there is way more here if they look a little deeper.
