Sorry to say so, but what a rooky. And this guy has been CEO of Falconbridge before?

IMHO to make this innocent and insecure guy CEO of Barrick can only mean that Barrick has no role to play anymore in the big scheme of things or that the Barrick Board wanted an unexperienced CEO that is easy to manipulate.
