YUP, but I am thinking more along the line that the shorter faces when sp rises above 0.95$ and what is his risk then.

Anything with sp above a dollar means nirvana to him because he wins either way. He either succeds in shorting or gets to cover an sp in the dollars with 0.95$.

That is the only explanation that I see for the current sp behaviour, otherwise we should be in the $$$.

Any one with another explanation?
