I've noticed on a couple of Commodity Option Expiration Calendars that today, the 24th, and not tomorrow, the 25th, is the expiration date for gold, silver and copper options. Platinum and paladium were last week.

If today's the day, it's surprising to see all the buying. I thought, if anything, prices would be going the other way.
