When you speak of shares outstanding, I believe ecu is obligated in the next year to fullfill outstanding shares. This is why I belive a audit is needed. I keep hearing how this one and that one is willing to buy shares at this price. Why? There is no financial statement in completion to make sense of anyone's buying. How on God's green earth can you have a operating mill, plenty of resources, 43/101 reports, and no jump in share price. We haven't dropped to 10.00 silver and 800.00 gold. It makes no sense. And anyone who says they have all these different commodity plays, has to know that. Sinbob was correct. We need transparency from ecu once and for all.
