I certainly have no problem with anyone posting Gartman stuff as I receive his letter daily and do find him a fairly good contrary indicator for gold. Dennis has never been real good or made many profitable gold trades however he is very good in Ag and sometimes currencies and hard commodities and has good instincts on political issues and interpretations. He offers a glimpse of the standard Wallstreet hedge fund thinking but not the exceptional hedge fund players who are the trend setters and I find this helpful. But you need to be aware that Gartman above all is a technical momentum trader with a hair trigger (tight stops) and not an investor so his level of depth and thinking is shallow when it comes to serious fundamentals and larger macro-trends.
