At some points in time playing a devil's advocate I flip the thought.
So regarding Sinclair, My one bone with you BigP:

Charts or planetary bodies as predictors, whether they have an influence on the actions of us puny beings or not. Even if so their influence/determination is minimal in relation to others. Those others being a manipulated market.

In like manner, if I trust those IOUs then I accept them, if I do not then what alternative do I have - Precious Metals due to being the real thing. They are mirrors of each other in a normal world.

HOWEVER as you among countless others here say - We no longer live in a Normal world.
This is a contrived market so if it throws a monkey wrench into charting, prices etc. then why would it not do so also into the Gold with $ pairing.?

So I say that it is not with Sinclair but with that 'status quo' that we have a bone to pick.
