As noted the big offer from CIBC has disappeared but it was documented for sure and I have received numerous emails today already from those doing the documenting. Without this evidence there can be no action as once the offers or bids are gone, it's like they didn't exist. The case of manipulation is in the details that surround the actually trading as it is much harder to discern from the trades alone although still possible.

There have been lots of buyers Moose and they took the stock quite strongly to .90 cents a few weeks ago, they will be back for the story has only gotten better even if the stock has dropped back to where the breakout started. Just like selling begets selling so does buying beget buying. Arguments can be made that once .90 cents is taken out the move to $2 dollars will be much easier than the move through .90 cents, it's coming in the future of ECU and I hope everyone here benefits.
