The price of silver has finally had a significant up move this am. Haven't seen one since it was at $15.
Possibly the Butler article and the CFTC threatening to get some sense of fair play, may have scared a few shorts to accelerate their cover.
At any rate this should provide a good backdrop for ECU to reverse its dismal looking chart. Hoping for the best....
