CIBC (house 79) withdrew the 100k offer at .56 as soon as National took out the .55 cent offers. This 100k offer from CIBC was only placed at 1:58 this afternnoon as evidenced below and to try and cap the move up or stop any interest in ECU this afternoon. I note that CIBC still have their 200k offer at .59 cents. This is blatantly manipulative and going on for many weeks and months now. I don't understand why those selling can't see this and pull their offers as they are being skinned by these miscreants and will be giving up huge upside in the weeks ahead.
