Bank of Canada came out all but saying that the Canadian recession is over, per Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) yesterday's evening news.
Job losses are down, house construction is up and returning to near normal, house prices are stable.
BofC revised their prospects for the remainder of 2009 and for 2010, both better.
