I finally get it why there has been so much resistance to reinstate the uptick rule. These high frequency trading algorithims would simply not be able to function if they could not front run short sales. I wonder how we will look at all of this in the future when people are actually prosecuted and incarcerated for their crimes. I am beginning to believe there is a glimmer of light starting to hit the feasting cockroaches. C
