Wouldn't it be wonderful if, this time, all the gold analysts were right? That this actually is the final "just one more push down then it's off to the races" prediction?

I figure that one day this prediction, that I've heard countless times, will actually come true. I can't help but wonder just how devastating the economy has to be, and how worthless the Dollar has to become, before the Cartel just can't overpower the true value of gold and silver.

Is it even possible that no amount collapse could stop the manipulation? Could it really be different this time, that evil actually wins? Do I ever get to see any profit from all my planning and preparation? Will I die from old age waiting?

Reminds me of an old Twilight Zone show where some thieves steals a bunch of gold, hibernate for 100 years, then eventually die in the desert after waking up. It ends with a couple in a hovercraft type vehicle finding the last guy with his dying breath telling the couple of the gold. But the man turns to his wife and says "didn't they used to use gold as money about a 100 years ago"?

Sure would piss me off.
