estimate was for 3.4% came in at 3.36% strong bid-to-cover at 2.63 much higher than yesterday. Indirect bids (other countries) much higher at 62.5%

Such a reversal from yesterday only means one thing.....the FED panicked and through currency swaps bought up the majority of the offering disguising themselves as other bidders. They have to be laughing at their own genius.
