CIBC sell order, now you see it, now you don't

At 15:19 this afternoon CIBC put up 100k to sell at .56 cents and then withdrew the offer just seconds before the close. This is more of the same tactics we have seen from them for months to hold down the share price. It's really too bad this kind of stuff doesn't get exposed by the media to a greater degree because I would guess the bank would not welcome the negative publicity given they make most of their money on fees from transactions unlike the Wallstreet criminal banks who skim their profits from others by various legalized trading platforms and startegies condoned by government in Washington.
