Looks like the suits in London finished their coffie break at 3:15 EDT and silver which is down 14 cents is on the menu for lunch. As Bill Murphy says "Plan A". Any gusses wether they can follow with plan B (hammer metals at New York open) and plan C (hammer metals on the access market after NY), or will they get stuffed again?
