Bigpic, the only reason I haven't responded to some of the accusations and shoot from the hip comments today or should I say shooot from the lip comments is that I was golfing 27 holes and enjoying a barbecued pig (whole pig) roast dinner. The ECU press release is pretty self explanatory GOG has continued to discuss in public what the JV agreement clearly states should be done privately. All JV agreements in the mining industry have mechanisms for disputes which are always clearly defined. If all companies acted like GOG the world would be upside down.

I also will say that the original lien referred to by GOG was on the property prior to the JV with GOG and they were aware of this fact, it's old news. This lien was close to being removed but I don't know what will happen now as lawyers are in control as a result of actions by GOG. My guess is that pressure is being brought to bear for both parties to solve this public display of stupidity that was initiated by GOG. I can surely say I want it solved and soon, not because it's a big deal to ECU but because it should be resolved, it's the right thing to do.

I recognise this lien may be causing GOG some issues and it's small potatoes for ECU but it should be resolved soon. I would also suggest that GOG growup and pickup the phone versus playing games. If they have some concerns or issues they should express them verbally and then in writing and utilize the mechanisms in the JV agreement and forget the press release BS. If I was their JV partner I would be appoplectic with their violation of the JV agreement. These actions will assure that no one will JV with GOG in the future. I want resolution and no more escalation.

I'm really bagged and heading for the pool for a swim as the heat today was very intense but I had fun.
