You can put Jay Taylor in this camp as he told everyone to go into cash a few months ago. David Morgan is always bearish short-term on silver but bullish long-term....that way, you can never be wrong and still be an expert. This move has taken most long-term gold/silver watchers by surprise and most will miss the biggest move.
