maybe suggest to your wife and brother to draft up a response letter to the IRS notifying them that they are not going to see the 3K and 5K until they stop seeing the US Government spending their hard earned tax $$'s in foolish and inappropriate ways. ie bank bailout's and 140 billion in bonus's to the Wall Street cartel.... see how that goes over.
