It's gotten so that the honest investor has to sit with the knowledge that he must sit tight and hold through horrific waves that he can see coming from miles away, just so that he doesn't exacerbate an already bad situation. The thieves make their money on predicable time trends, the hedge funds being the worst of the lot... each jumping on board makes the waves bigger and stronger.

I for one will be so happy to see the day (coming soon my friends) where their big waves hit resistance and push back towards their source in the form of a shorting/thieving/manipulating Tsunami of truth and justice and redemption for all on the board the precious metals express.
