This ECU share price is bedeviling. It almost can't happen, but it does happen and it happens just about day in and day out.

One thing I've never understood about companies that appear to be way undervalued is why some larger company doesn't come along at a time like this and attempt to accumulate shares. Imagine what a $2.75 per share offer would look like to some of the shareholders? Is ECU so safe from a hostile takeover that a bid like that would fail?

I'm as perplexed as anyone else.
