Time for another Dollar spurt?

Everytime the Dollar has had a .74 handle, there's been intervention and it spurts back up. Wonder if today will see the same behavior.

Of course that would make the metals dip just a tad, making it another opportunity for the manipulators to easily whack the stocks a bit more.

Rinse, repeat.
