from Adian Douglas : In October 2006 ECU was selling for C$5.6 for each ounce of measured, indicated and inferred(MI & I) silver in the ground; that equates to 42% of the above ground spot price of silver. Today it is selling for C$.49 for each ounce of measured,indicated and inferred(MI & I) silver in the ground; that equates to 3% of the above ground spot price of silver!
