This is money thrown overboard if you ask me... if Dubai doesn't substantially change it ways (not just shuffling family members around at the head of the ship)... funny that something like 7.5 billion of Citi stock was bought by Abu Dhabi during the heart of the credit crisis... oh yah and I believe they also loaned Citi 7.5 billion more at an 11% interest rate.

Perhaps this loan to neighboring Dubai (which Abu Dhabi has publicly vowed 'not to let fail') is linked to some kind of deal regarding that original injection?

Further proof (if needed) that the world is full of empty numbers void of real value. Actually I think this is a good time to mention that I have personally loaned Big Pic 10 trillion dollars for the new 'city of gold' he's planning in South Texas. In other totally unrelated news, Pic loaned me the same amount in order to fund my 'socialist wonderland' in the Alps. Only after they are built will anyone realize that we were counting on each others loans and the interest on the provided loans in order to pay the bills...
