I felt just like you pic-betrayed for the last time!~, until I called Steve Altman for the first time. Here's what he said. please tell the other investors to call him or email him with interest. He said the reason he did not put out a "rights" offering is because a few investors came to him seeing ECU needed cash, and they were all Canadian investors which made the US "Accredited Investor" legality problem not an issue IE. quicker with less expenses. I had left a nasty frustrated phone message and I was not expecting as returned call let alone an opffer to participate. The minimum with investment is big, but at least he gave me hope i would be considered. He mentioned this was being done to insure exploratory drilling and to keep sheares away from the hedge funds. I liked what he said!
