Like Tiger Woods, ECU is not perfect.

All is forgiven by most if shares rise, much is not forgiven by most as the shares fall.

By now, I'm sure someone has explained why no U.S. release - but briefly, that is nothing sinister, very much business as usual, given securities laws.
