Call the regulators at the AMF and OSC, they are the reason for delays in news being released not the company. Why is this so hard for some to comprehend and why are some indicating that management is somehow making a profit for themselves. I also find ECU management completely honest and public disclosure is exemplary.

What is it that people don't seem to understand, the company would love to release news on production and on it's 2010 plans. It's just as frustrating for management, as it is for shareholders, maybe moreso, because they have to follow certain rules associated with raising monies and regulatory approvals for prospectus financings.

BTW, most companies don't even attempt to report on monthly production numbers and do so on a quarterly basis only. This is done for a reason because mining, mills and production needs to be looked at over periods of time because of issues that can arise or maintenance requirements etc.

If the outlook wasn't good does anyone seriously think that the company could have raised $12 million dollars a couple of weeks ago or that the regulators wouldn't halt the stock during this review process of the short form prospectus.

As I stated before, we should hear something soon.
