Just more psychological BS I'd bet. Anyone notice lately how, no matter how well silver is doing, ECU is forced lower a few cents during the day, and then recovers to unchanged or only a cent lower by the close?

We all get to feel that frustration during the day as we are all losers, but at the close we get to feel better that we ended up not losing, or not losing as much. However, in the end, we're still not getting anywhere.

I'm sure it's all just in my mind, but isn't that the manipulators' point?
