Is there hope?...

Subject: Statement re: POSITION LIMITS in SILVERMemebers of the CFTC.

We really would like to hear U say something about the ridiculous (laughable) state of affairs in the Comex Silver market.

1. How can ONE BANK hold a 40% SHORT position without manipulation occurring?
2. Why are the current limits NOT enforced?
3. How do U intend to deal with the silver market when the physical demand forces CONTRACT failures?

Please gentle persons, get your act together in the silver market!

My position (and my conscience) are pretty clear and has been for some time. I agree we need position limits. I continue to raise this every chance I get. I did so in our hearings in August, and in the media. I won't let this mtg Thursday be any different.
