Call me a cynic, but I will be surprised if the March meeting on possible position limits on metal futures and options contracts actually takes placed.

Pleasantly surprised, though.

If this is the correct word, I 'enjoyed' listening to the CFTC hearing today. Summarizing the afternoon will be better left to others in the field, so I will do that.
