For the first time since I first bought into ECU way back in ought 3 or 4, (or was it 05)...EXN has exceeded ECU in share price. lol. ECU traded at $.35 when I first bought in. EXN was $.22...

No doubt that this price disparity won't last for long, but it does bring to mind the old parable...

Slow and steady EXN dug its little holes and drove its ore to mill and market with only 2 or 3 drills, a couple of shovels and a truck, finding tiny new mantos and relentlessly striving to break even each year.

ECU, on the other hand, sprinted from the gate with drills blazing, proving up a vast web of veins and skarns and locations. Borrowing money here, spending there, buying mills, selling mills, test mining, buying drills, buying labs, drilling, milling, "borrowing" ore, selling shares, finding new investors, going for glory, finding...that the race does not always go to the swiftest.

I hope that ECU management has learned from this experience, as U and I have. ECU has great property(ies), huge potential...and the race is not over until the fat lady sings.

EXN is drilling for its elephant with 4 drills now...and a profit.

ECU is drilling for the deep skarn of El Dorado...with good cash flow and a bit of debt...

Who will find it first?

Slow down ECU, and do it right this time. You don't always get a second chance...
