Hi Coach and Pic...

Excellent recent posts, I just wanted to 'drop in' and lend my support. I think both of you have nothing to defend against as you are both proven posters with an amazing amount of knowledge to impart and advice to give; regardless of what anyone thinks of any of your positions. I disagree with both of you on some certain points (however, I agree with you on most of your positions) but I believe that:

1) You are both (as are others) honestly here trying to do the best for fellow investors and for ECU

2) You both believe what you say and have the right to say it

3) Believe firmly in and have shown a strong support for the principal of respect on the board

You are both 5 star members of our board, regardless of your opinions.

The same cannot be said for all posters on this or any other forum; but as Mike says- pretty much anyone can get a keyboard and use anonymity to support any objective they wish to. It's one of the realities of the internet; user names, avatars, and the freedom of signing up for free come with certain symptoms including the occasional infiltration of disrespect, fishing and agenda backed tirades that unfortunately derail the serious talk on our forum.

BTW: back in Switzerland for the time being, but weighing up a possible jaunt to Vancouver for the start of the Olympics... can hardy miss such an opportunity in my old back yard! Soon after that its back to the buzz of Abu Dhabi in the continuing search for a good work contract (more money = more ECU!). Been out of touch for a while... but still reading daily- where else do I get such good info despite the occasional infiltration? ECU is in one of those 'holding patterns' but I think it's just another period requiring patience before we get some news and see a leg up.

It's coming, we all know it, it's just going to take time... the main thing is that I PERSONALLY believe that the company by and large has done the right thing the majority of the time, not all the time, but the majority. The company is excellent, the future is bright and I'll just keep accumulating at these prices when I have the extra funds. To be honest I couldn't give a toss what random posters think of ECU - if you're here to disrespectfully provide us with your opinion as fact... simply don't waste your time and ours with mindless postings filled with factual errors or purposefully misstated facts - the folks on this forum will set you straight! Go to SH where you can preach to the choir...
