He who wins the war decides who goes on trial, where and when. There would never have been a Nuremburg had Hitler succeeded. There would however, most likely have been "trials" with a far more sinister bent and outcome.

Does anyone suppose such an evil concept hides in the minds of those who wish to control power? Winner takes all?

In the long run, "they" never win.
